Appointments
We value your time. You will be pleased to find that we will generally see you right at the appointed time. We will make every effort to complete your treatment in as few visits as possible. In order for us to be efficient with the time that we have scheduled for you, we would ask that you also be prompt.
Your dental health is important. Your appointment is an important part of maintaining your dental health. Keeping these goals in mind, it is our policy to charge for missed appointments, unless cancelled, (Monday through Friday) during normal business hours, at least 2 business days in advance.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most insurance plans, with the exception of any DMO plans, and will gladly process your claim. Please bring the necessary information with you on your first visit.
Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company. We are considered "In-Network" with:
